Exceeding our guests’ expectations for their Turks and Caicos vacation is our goal, and the sole focus of our Personal Concierges. Prior to arrival, we provide a personal preference form to all of our guests. The form includes a provisions list for shopping and menu of activities for the guest’s Personal Concierge to arrange. On arrival, our guests are greeted by their Personal Concierge and receive a cell phone that connects them to their concierge.
Upon check-in, guests will find their fridge fully stocked with all of their requested items, dinner reservations made and activities confirmed. This process ensures that each guest enjoys a seamless stay from arrival to departure.
