Development career spanning 17 years in hospitality, residential & master-planned community real estate, including projects in Europe, South Africa and The Caribbean.

Nikheel Advani, COO & Principal
Spearheads Grace Bay Resorts branding and management.
Previously, Nikheel was Hotel Manager of the flagship Raffles Hotel, Singapore; and led opening of 7 Ritz-Carlton properties, including New York, Singapore, Osaka.
Nikheel teaches at Cornell University and speaks at Les Roches. He holds a Harvard EMBA and a Bachelor with Honors in Hotel, Restaurant & Travel Administration from University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Vasco N. F. Borges, CFO
Oversees property financials and special projects.
Previously 5 years at McKinsey & Co, focus on M&A and company turnaround; and Director at Metagenesis, asset manager for several hospitality investments.
Holds MBA from INSEAD (Dean’s list) and Bachelor in Economics from University Nova, Lisbon. Speaks fluently English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French.
